INVVU Construction Consultants

INVVU Construction Consultants

INVVU offers an innovative, fully integrated, multi-disciplinary, and sustainable approach to construction design. Our specialties include Civil and Structural Engineering, Design Management, Architectural and Heritage Design, Site Surveys and Investigations, Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health Design, as well as Project Management Services.

Having all our disciplines under one roof provides us with an advantage: ensuring efficiency, collaboration and the delivery of high-quality projects for our clients. We also collaborate with other consultancies and have an extensive approved supply chain.

We collaborate across diverse sectors, from idea generation and initial brief to project completion and handover.  Our team possesses extensive knowledge and experience across all sectors and is dedicated to researching, creating, and advancing sustainable and innovative solutions where possible. We cover a wide range of projects in the built environment, including smaller domestic schemes and large-scale infrastructure projects valued up to £50 million.

We are deeply committed to sustainability and integrating environmentally conscious practices into our work, including: the use of sustainable materials, energy-efficient building design, and construction techniques that minimise environmental impact and promote a long-term environmental stewardship.

We also have expertise in Heritage Design, focusing on preserving and honouring the historical and cultural significance of existing structures while seamlessly integrating modern design elements. We ensure to respect the architectural integrity and character of heritage buildings in our approach. Our heritage design process involves thorough research and collaboration with heritage and preservation experts, ensuring our designs, material selections and construction techniques enhance the unique heritage of each site.

In 2022, INVVU, along with Network Rail and Govia Thameslink Railway, won the SECBE Constructing Excellence Award for ‘Integration and Collaborative Working’. This recognition was for our work on the Denmark Hill Station Enhancements project, which was completed in record time, within budget, and during the pandemic. The project successfully combined heritage and modern design and achieved the distinction of being the first carbon-positive station in Europe. The use of PV panels means that the station produces more energy than required, which is returned to the National Grid.
