Chartway Group are a leading Kent-based, award-winning developer, operating across the South East.  Since their launch in 2009, they have grown through a sustainable, managed approach and now employ 200 people.

Chartway Group is made up of Chartway Construction, Chartway Civil Engineering, Westerhill Homes, BBS Construction Ltd and CGL Drylining.

Chartway Group specialise in providing a full range of construction services for the development of mixed tenure projects working with well-known housing associations, local authorities and private developers.  They also provide services in the private residential housing market through Westerhill Homes and can deliver projects in the commercial, healthcare, education and recreational markets with BBS Construction.

Their Senior management are an experienced team with a proven track record in planning, development and construction. The Group was named fastest growing private company in Kent by the KM Group as well as being twice included in The Sunday Times Fast Track 100 and identified as one of London Stock Exchange’s 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain. They continue to maintain strong growth and aim to deliver in excess of 500 residential units per year as well as a strong order book for commercial development.
